The Brazil Life

BrazilPosted by Kacy

22 Apr

I’m blogging from my apartment in Bauru! This is a momentous occasion, in case you didn’t know. Tomorrow marks four weeks in Brazil, and we’ve just now gotten our wi-fi situation under control. Good things come to those who wait, eh? Honestly, the break from TV and Internet was a good thing. It forced us out of the apartment even when we were tired or cranky to find entertainment. The point of this Brazil life trip isn’t to be sitting on the computer all of the time. But that said, it’s nice to be connected again.

So how did we fill our time offline? Well, Ashton got a pretty fly haircut.

We watched some pretty sunsets.

Another favorite pastime is simply walking around getting to know Bauru and admiring the abundant street art.

My favorite thing about life here is that each day is different, an adventure. I’m starting to believe that not having the luxury of making a routine is actually a luxury in and of itself.

    2. I can’t believe it’s been a month!
    3. So happy you’re plugged in, my friend. I know it’s an adventure but gals like us need our TV.
